Do the service visits cover both heating and cooling systems?
Each visit includes a full inspection and tune-up of both your heating and cooling systems to ensure proper year-round operation.
How do I schedule my service visits?
After signing up, we’ll send reminders and contact you to schedule visits at convenient times. You can also call (818) 877-4569 to schedule a visit anytime.
Are there any additional fees besides the membership cost?
No fees apply for scheduled visits. Repair costs are discounted based on your plan. Additional fees may apply for emergency or non-covered services.
What if I already had service this year?
Membership visits cover planned maintenance only. Previous service outside the program does not reduce your scheduled visits.
Can I cancel anytime?
Memberships are yearly subscriptions and cannot be canceled mid-term. You may choose not to renew after your subscription expires.
What if I am not available for visits this year?
You have a 6-month grace period after membership expiration to use any remaining visits. After that, unused visits will expire.
